Booking and Reservations:

• All reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed only
upon receipt of a valid booking request and payment.
Advance payment is required to secure a reservation.

Check-In and Check-Out:

• Check-in time is from 1PM, and check-out time is by 11AM. • Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the check-in date will incur no charges.

• Cancellations made between 15 and 7 days before the check-in date
will be charged 15% of the total reservation amount.

• Cancellations made a week or less before the check-in date or no- shows will be charged the full reservation amount.

Payment and Charges:

• Any additional charges such as meals, or activities are not included
in the room rate will be billed separately.
• Payment can be made by netbanking or cash.

Damage and Liability:

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to resort property during their stay.

Behavior and Conduct:

• Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and considerate manner toward other guests, staff, and the environment.

Pets and Smoking:

• Pets are not allowed on the resort premises.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas.

Changes to Terms:

• The resort reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
